My wife and I were represented by Carrie and her firm in a family adoption, which was finalized in January 2017. We engaged Carrie in September 2016 and her first steps were to help us understand the potential course of action we could take in seeking custody of a minor child and set expectations of the process.
As it became clear the defendants would work with us to sign over their parental rights, Carrie worked with their attorney to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. She clearly communicated with my wife and I to ensure that everything went smoothly with the entire adoption process. She was always available, early or late, to answer any questions or to calm our fears. We are very appreciative of the job Carrie and her firm did in helping our family grow by one!
